- 〖合成方法〗Sertaconazole nitrate has been synthesized by condensation of 1-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-2-(1-imidazolyl)ethanol (I) with 3-(bromomethyl)-7-chlorobenzo[b]thiophene (II) by means of NaH in HMPT, followed by salification with HNO3.
